Discovery Call Policies: PLEASE READ before booking

**DO NOT BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL if you are trying to sell me something

You have two options to book a call.

1) FREE 45-MINUTE DISCOVERY CALLS are ONLY to see if we are a fit working together and to help you decide on a package or a product and not for advice. You must show up for these calls. All calls are on Zoom. Please join Zoom meetings with your camera on and seated. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I need 24 hours of notice. If you are ten minutes late without some notice, the call will be terminated and I am likely not to reschedule with you.

2) PAID CONSULTATION CALLS (1 and 2-hour) paid consultation calls are nonrefundable where you can “pick my brain.” If you end up paying for a coaching, consulting or training engagement, your fee for the call will go toward the larger package! You will be charged before booking a time, and then you’ll be sent instructions and a form to fill out. Please honor all requests below or we may need to cancel the call without a refund.

  • All calls are on Zoom unless you prefer them by phone. Please join Zoom meetings with your camera on and seated.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, I need 24 hours of notice.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, with no notice that you will be late, the call will terminate, and there will be no refund.

These policies are based on mutual respect. My time is as valuable. Booking a professional call requires honoring your commitment and being “present” on the call. I’ll do the same for you :)

Frequently asked questions:

Will you work on contingency (Only getting payment if my nonprofit raises money through you?)

No. I do not work this way, and most fundraisers do not either. Please pay fundraisers for their work to respect their skill and effort.
