Fulfillment and Return Policies

At The Nonprofit Fixer, our Refund Policy is different for:

  1. Digital Products (downloads)

  2. Mini Courses

  3. Premium Courses

1) Digital Products (downloads)

All digital product purchases (downloads) are nonrefundable after they have been delivered by us or accessed by you. There is no way to close access to the files that you’ve already received. The Consumer Rights Act gives you the right to claim against the seller if your digital download is faulty. As a seller, we can issue a refund if there is a technical problem and we can't help you to resolve the matter or if there was a misrepresentation in the product description. In those cases, the refund period is 10 days from the moment of the purchase. Hit reply on the email receipt you received to get help or email info@mindthegapconsulting.org and include your order number.

2)Mini Courses/Trainings

All digital downloads, courses, and trainings are nonrefundable after they have been delivered by us or accessed by you. If you want a refund, you must do so within 24 hours and meet the qualifications above. We can issue a refund if there is a technical problem in the delivery of the live training (and we were unable to resolve the matter) or if there was a misrepresentation in the product description. In those cases, the refund period is 10 days from the moment of purchase. Simply reply to your invoice or receipt email and request it or email info@mindthegapconsulting.org 

3) Premium Courses

We are confident you will love our premium courses, but we want you to feel confident in trying it out for yourself! That's why we have a 100% Risk-Free Guarantee. You can try this course for 10 days, and if you aren't satisfied, just ask us for a full refund. *There is one stipulation. This is a refund based on satisfaction, so we do ask that you demonstrate you tried moving through at least three lessons of the course before asking for a refund.
